  Staff was very nice and polite but not very helpful. Tried to order a pizza after being in the car with 2 kids for 2.5hrs and no take out menu in room. Had to walk in cold to front desk only to be given a map of the local area. Had to drive 20 min to pick up pizza as they only deliver in the evening (we called to order at 445pm on a friday) Pizza was WAY over priced for what you got. We will not be ordering from there again.

  Our stay was very good and service by the front desk was great,. Her name was Alison and she was very helpful. We had beautiful delux room overlooking the water and was very picturesque. Great breakfast and service.

  Tired to get room service menu..no room service..we were told the restaurant in the lobby does take out..waited 30 min for a server..noone came...walked in to ask the bartender..noone even acnologed I was there (I was the only person standing at the bar). Finally walked up to a server who was serving drinks and asked if I could get a take out menu...she just pointed to the door and said menus are by the door. I went back to the door, and the only menus were the ones that they put on the tables (big thick black booklets) I flipped through and nothing was kid friendly on it. Tried to find breakfest options to pre plan for the next morning and there was none in this menu. Had no desire to wait any longer to ask for a breakfest menu. Went back to room hungry. On our way back to the room we talked to another couple who had just finished dinner there and they said we didn't miss much..they waited 45 min to get there order taken, ordered the specials which were cold. High prices low quality service.

  Rooms are nice.. clean and big, but food hasn't been good at all. Not even a little bit. Bland, small selection, and never enough for our group of 43.

  Overall nice facilities and at a reasonable price. Room amenities are lacking in appliances such as a mini fridge or a microwave.

  Beds are really nice and soft and rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Pool, lobby and dinning was a 5 min walk from the building we were in. Walk there wasn't bad but the walk back in the cold after a swim was freezing. Pool facilities are clean. Shallow end not very shallow. 8 year old daughter had to hold onto the wall the whole time. Change rooms small and only one stall. Over all the indoor pool was nice.

  Only one tea bag in room. Requested more from desk so my husband and I could have a tea before bed. They said it would be 30 min before someone could bring them to our room. We said that was fine and thanked them. Not sure if the tea ever made it. We waited... but fell asleep.
